Gantt Chart & Timeline

Let me walk you through the timeline. This Gantt chart outlines our project roadmap for Q3.
As you can see, development phase two overlaps with testing by about two weeks. That's intentional. We start testing each module as soon as it's built.
Overall, we're right on schedule for the October launch.
The one date I'd like you to keep an eye on is the design sign-off on August 15. This milestone represents a critical decision point. If it slips, everything after it moves too.
QWhat's on the critical path?
AData migration. It has no buffer, so any delay there pushes back the go-live date.
QIs the October launch at risk?10
ANot at the moment. We're on track, but I'll flag it right away if the vendor delivery slips.
QWhy do these two phases overlap?
ATo save time. Instead of waiting for the whole phase to finish, we test each module as soon as it's ready.
